The investigator of the Main Directorate of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Moscow has completed the investigation of a criminal case initiated on the basis of crimes under Part 3 of Art. 272 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Illegal access to computer information" and part 3 of Art. 183 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Illegal receipt and disclosure of information constituting commercial, tax or banking secrets."
The investigation found that the person involved in the criminal case, a 35-year-old resident of the capital, being an employee of one well-known IT company, received an order through e-mail to provide illegal access to computer information with its subsequent copying.
After that, the attacker, using a service account and a service electronic key, received all the information he needed, which he subsequently passed on to the customer, receiving money for this in the amount of 50 thousand rubles.
At present, the criminal case with an approved indictment has been sent to the Lyublinsky District Court of Moscow for consideration on the merits.
The accused is under recognizance not to leave and proper behavior.
For the commission of each of these crimes, a man faces punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to 5 years.
