how to report threads with dead links

Some threads have dead links but are still commented on and kept alive. How can the dead threads be taken down to help with clutter.

Just look at the left hand side of the post, you might see a report option.....
After clicking it, you will be prompted with a pop up report box...... Just write down your problem!
